Those of you who know me, know that I love some Samurai Jack. I've been planning to do this epic-movie-poster-type painting for some time but never had an excuse to work it into the rotation. So when the chance to swing by CN last week arose, I decided to paint it up and give it to the show's creator as a thank you for the inspiration. It was a big thrill to meet the man behind it all. In hindsight I wish I had executed the painting a little differently to illustrate another take on the subject, but what's done is done.

Nice work!
very cool
Love it!
Bravo!
Thanks a lot, everybody! I'd love to do a print of it, Brad, but seeing as I don't own the intellectual rights to the character I could potentially get in trouble if I did. It will just have to remain in the realm of fan art. Thanks for the interest though!
long live to jack !!! the greatest samurai ever ^^ great tribute !!
