Peter Moehrle and I hit up an industrial area near downtown Seattle to do a little plein air watercolor painting. Most of the places we wanted to go were off limits to civilians, but we finally found a nice little spot tucked away.

Hopefully we can do this more regularly. I could use the practice.

Goonies 25th
Here's my little painting for the 25th Anniversary Goonies show that opens at Lunar Boy Gallery in Astoria this weekend. Based on my favorite character from the movie, Mama Fratelli, played by the late, great Anne Ramsey.

Sorry I don't have a picture, but I stuck it in a little photo frame to complete the faux portrait look.
